Two. Supplementary notes on trade-in:

1. How soon can I receive the payment after the mobile phone is sent? Where did the money go?

The recycling company will complete the test within 48 hours after receiving the mobile phone (subject to the express delivery time). If the functions of mobile phone detection and order description are consistent, the recovery money will be issued within 2 hours. If the test result does not match the selection, the customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours after the test is completed.

Note: Payment methods are Alipay and WeChat.

2. What kind of courier company will trade in the old for the new? By default, SF will collect it at home, and the courier fee will be paid.
