How to add background music to photos?

You can use PS software to add background music to photos, as shown below:

First, after opening PS, open a picture to be processed and adjust the appropriate size of the picture. Take the recommended adjustment1280x7201920x1080 as an example.

Secondly, bring up the timeline in the window menu, as shown in the following figure:
