Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Government Information Disclosure

Article 4 People's governments at all levels and departments of people's governments at or above the county level shall establish and improve the government information disclosure system of their administrative organs, and designate institutions (hereinafter referred to as government information disclosure institutions) to be responsible for the daily work of government information disclosure of their administrative organs.
