Where is the refund?

If the user's flower garden order has been paid, after the refund is successful, the money will be returned to the user's Alipay, and the user can check it in the bill.

Refund will be generated after payment in Bai Hua. According to the time of applying for refund, the fund will be returned as follows:

1. Application before transaction confirmation is received.

Refund is used to restore the consumption quota of Huabai, without bills and repayment.

2. Apply after the transaction is confirmed and received.

(1) If the current bill is not returned, it will be returned to Bai Hua.

(2) If the current bill has been paid, the refund will go to the balance of Alipay account.

Taobao rules:

1, article 36

Buyers can apply for a refund from the time of payment. If the seller still doesn't click on the delivery within two days after the buyer applies for a refund, Taobao will inform Alipay to refund the buyer.

2. Article 37

Since the seller confirms the delivery in Taobao, if the buyer fails to confirm the receipt and does not apply for a refund within the following time limit, Taobao will notify Alipay to pay the seller:

(1), automatic delivery within one day.

(2) Virtual goods within three days.

(3), express delivery, EMS and goods that do not need logistics within ten days.

(4), surface mail goods within thirty days.

3. Article 38

After the buyer applies for a refund, it shall be handled separately according to the following circumstances:

(1). If the seller refuses to refund, the buyer has the right to modify the refund agreement and ask Taobao to intervene or confirm the receipt. If the buyer fails to operate within seven days after the seller refuses to refund, the refund process will be closed and the transaction will proceed normally.

(2) If the seller agrees to refund or fails to operate within five days, and the buyer is not required to return the goods, Taobao will notify Alipay to refund the buyer.

4. If the seller agrees to refund or fails to operate within five days and asks the buyer to return the goods, it shall be handled according to the following circumstances:

(1). If the buyer fails to click Return within seven days, the refund process will be closed and the transaction will proceed normally.

(2) If the buyer clicks Return within seven days and the seller confirms receipt, Taobao will refund the buyer.

(3) If the buyer clicks to return the goods within seven days, returns the goods by express delivery within ten days and returns the goods by surface mail within thirty days, and the seller fails to confirm the receipt, Taobao will inform Alipay to refund the buyer.
