When transferring money through ICBC e-payment, you can use the settlement package.

ICBC e-Payment transfer and remittance supports the use of settlement packages to deduct handling fees.

Note: For settlement packages signed by card, only the debit card corresponding to the package agreement can be used.

ICBC e-payment is a new electronic payment method launched by ICBC to meet customers' convenient small-amount payment needs. By pre-binding a mobile phone to receive an SMS verification code in the form of a text message for identity authentication, transactions such as small-amount transfers, payments, and bill payments can be realized.
