1. Residents in the district must obey the unified dispatch of the village (community) and actively cooperate with nucleic acid sampling, circulation tracing, etc. Work, return home promptly after sampling, and do not gather or stay outside.

2. Except for public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetable supply, which ensure the lives of citizens and the basic operation of the city, all enterprises must work from home. , suspend production and business activities. Except for supermarkets (including farmers' markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, hotels (requisitioned by the government for epidemic prevention), and catering enterprises (only providing express delivery services) that meet the basic needs of citizens, all other business places and stores will be closed. All buses in the area are suspended.

3. In addition to staff responsible for epidemic prevention tasks, agencies and institutions at all levels in the region have become village (community) volunteers on the spot and fully participated in village (community) epidemic prevention work.

4. Implement "non-essential, no going out" throughout the region and try to reduce the flow of people as much as possible. People in the district are not allowed to leave the district unless necessary. If there are special reasons, they can only leave with a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate and approval from the village (community), township, and district-level epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

5. Strictly control meeting activities and encourage the holding of online meetings or video conferences. Meetings with more than 50 people should formulate an epidemic prevention and control plan and report to the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters for approval before they can be held.

6. Suspend all temple fairs, folk activities, theatrical performances, sales promotions and other activities, and advocate that "happy events should be postponed, funerals should be kept simple, and banquets should not be held."

7. Confined places such as mahjong parlors, chess and card rooms, KTVs, and foot baths and massages will all be suspended, and special places such as nursing homes and welfare homes will be closed for management.

8. Day primary and secondary schools and kindergartens will stop offline teaching and carry out online teaching; all boarding schools will implement fully closed management; all off-campus training institutions will suspend classes.

9. During the period of rest, if symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), and diarrhea occur, you must report to the village (community) as soon as possible and obey the village (community) epidemic prevention and control arrange.

10. Anyone who spreads false information, disobeys epidemic prevention and control management, or does not listen to the dissuasion of staff will be severely investigated and punished in accordance with laws and regulations.
