1. If it is our bank’s debit card or quasi-credit card

(1) Verify whether pre-authorization has been processed for consumption at hotels and other special merchants. If the merchant does not release the pre-authorization, our bank's pre-authorization will be automatically lifted after 45 days. Please pay attention to the unfreezing of the account's available balance, or contact the merchant for processing.

(2) Verify whether to purchase financial management, funds, and insurance.

(3) Verify whether a delayed transfer transaction has been performed.

(4) In other cases, the card owner is required to bring his valid ID and bank card to any branch of the Agricultural Bank of China for enquiry.

2. If it is a public account with our bank, it is recommended to verify whether delayed transfers are performed, purchase financial management, funds, and insurance, or directly inquire with the bank where the account is opened.
