What should I do if I forget the WeChat payment password?

You can retrieve the payment password according to the following steps.

Step 1: click on me > service (8.0. 18 for payment)

Step 2: Click on the wallet;

Step 3: Click Payment Settings;

Step 4: Click Forgotten Payment Password, re-bind the original card according to the page prompts, or add a new bank card to reset the payment password.

Tips:

In case of any of the following situations, you can enter "Wechat Payment Forgot Payment Password" through the official account of Tencent Customer Service WeChat, and retrieve the payment password according to the prompts.

1) The real name of WeChat is not you, so you can't contact the other party.

2) You are a minor or an elderly person, and you can't get your password back without opening a bank card.
