Add a group to verify who to send text messages to.

All three managers can receive verification messages (depending on the time sequence).

If the first administrator receives a message (in chronological order) agreeing to join the group, you will join the group, and the other two administrators will be in the group even if they refuse you.

If the first administrator refuses, the second administrator sees the message and passes, and the third administrator refuses, you are also in the group.

If the first and second are rejected and the third is passed, you are still in this group.

If the first administrator agrees, but kicks you out, then the second administrator will receive the message and agree to let you join, and you are still in this group.

By analogy, as long as someone agrees, you will always be in the group unless you quit.
