When I turned on my mobile phone to send text messages, I found that all the text messages in my mobile phone were gone. What happened?

If the mobile phone automatically deletes short messages, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether the "Delete old information" setting is on: Information-More-Settings-More Settings-Delete old information-Off (the operation path of different models of mobile phones may be slightly different).

2. If it has been turned off, please check whether the third-party SMS software is installed in the mobile phone and check whether there are relevant settings.

3. If the mobile phone still automatically deletes the SMS, please back up the data (contacts, information, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the machine to factory settings.
