If it is found and signed by the traffic police at the scene, the owner needs to go to the local traffic police team within 15 days after the violation. Those who have not received treatment for more than 15 days need to pay a late fee of 3% per day, but the amount of late fee shall not exceed twice the original fine.

If it is an electronic eye surveillance photo, the owner can check the violation record at the traffic website within one month before the annual inspection of the motor vehicle, and deal with it at the traffic police team in the illegal place, instead of 15 days.

However, we should pay attention not to exceed one scoring cycle of the driver's license as far as possible, so as to avoid the situation that one scoring cycle is not cleared in time, resulting in a cumulative deduction of 12 points in the next scoring week.
