Usually a liar. According to whether the court has been consulted before, you can accept SMS to inform the court. Without the previous steps, suddenly receiving a judicial notice is generally fraud. If you are not at ease here, you can ask the court.

(2) publicly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others;

(3) fabricating facts, falsely accusing and framing others, and attempting to subject others to criminal investigation or public security administration punishment;

(4) Coercing, insulting, beating or taking revenge on witnesses and their close relatives;

(five) sending obscene, insulting, threatening or other information for many times, interfering with the normal life of others; After accepting a case, the public security organ shall, after examination, consider that the criminal facts that need to be investigated for criminal responsibility belong to its own jurisdiction, and shall file a case with the approval of the person in charge of the public security organ at or above the county level; If it is considered that there are no criminal facts, or the criminal facts are obviously minor and need not be investigated for criminal responsibility, or there are other circumstances in which criminal responsibility is not investigated according to law, the case shall not be filed with the approval of the person in charge of the public security organ at or above the county level. If a complainant decides not to file a case, the public security organ shall make a notice of not filing a case and serve it on the complainant within three days.

Legal basis: Article 42 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment commits one of the following acts, and shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and may also be fined not more than 500 yuan.
