Huawei p30 can't send short messages, but it can receive them.

If you have installed a dual card, Card 1/ Card 2 can't send SMS, probably because Card 2/ Card 1 has turned on the VoLTE function and there is a network conflict. I suggest you turn off the VoLTE function of Card 2/ Card 1 and try again.

Not a single message can be sent. Maybe the message database is abnormal. You can try deleting the message and editing it again before sending it.

Please confirm whether you have a fixed dialing service. After starting fixed dialing, you can only send information to the contacts in the fixed dialing list, and other numbers cannot be sent. If you want to continue sending, please cancel the fixed dialing service.

If the transmission fails, the mobile phone prompts that the fixed dialing service has been opened, but the actual mobile phone has not opened this function. You can restart your phone and resend the text message.
