If the employee terminates the labor relationship with the unit due to the expiration of the labor contract or other reasons, he shall go through the formalities for the transfer of housing provident fund, and the specific steps are as follows:

The employee opens a provident fund account in the collection department of the newly transferred unit and provides an account opening certificate;

By the redeployment of units according to the book balance of the employee housing provident fund ledger, fill in quadruplicate "housing provident fund transfer notice", sent to the collection department for transfer procedures.

Handling off-site process transfer:

The employee shall provide necessary materials, issue a new household registration certificate and a contact letter for transfer in different places to the management center of the transfer place, transfer money or wire transfer from the management center of the transfer place, and register personal subsidiary ledger in the management center of the transfer place;

In the case of complete procedures, the transfer from different places shall not exceed 15 working days.
