The driving license of agricultural machinery shall be handled by the Agricultural Machinery Administration.

First, to apply for a tractor driver's license for the first time, it shall apply to the agricultural machinery supervision institution at the domicile or temporary residence, fill in the tractor driver's license application form, and submit the following documents:

1, the applicant's identity certificate and its copy; 2. Physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or regimental medical institutions.

To apply for increasing the quasi-driving type, it shall apply to the agricultural machinery supervision institution that issues the tractor driver's license. In addition to filling in the tractor driver's license application form and submitting the documents stipulated in Article 12, the tractor driver's license shall also be submitted.

Two, agricultural machinery supervision institutions to meet the conditions for the application of tractor driver's license, it should be accepted, and arrange the examination within 30 days after the applicant makes an appointment.

Tractor driver exam subjects are divided into:

Subject 1: road traffic safety, agricultural machinery safety laws and regulations, mechanical common sense, operating procedures and other related knowledge examination;

Subject 2: venue driving skills test;

Subject 3: Hooking machine and field operation skill examination;

Subject 4: Road Driving Skills Test.

The examination order shall be subject 1, subject 2, subject 3 and subject 4. Only by passing the exam of the previous subject can you take the exam of the latter subject. Among them, the hook machine and field operation skill test of subject 3 can be selected according to the actual model.

The contents of the examination subjects and the eligibility criteria are unified nationwide. Among them, the structure and basic questions of the subject-1 examination question bank are formulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the provincial agricultural machinery supervision institutions can establish the examination question bank of this province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) in combination with local conditions.

Apply for tractor driver's license for the first time or increase the number of quasi-driving models. After passing the examination, the agricultural machinery supervision institution shall issue a tractor driving skill certificate within 3 days. The validity period of tractor driving skill certificate is 2 years. The applicant shall complete the examination of subject two, subject three and subject four within the validity period.

For the first time to apply for a tractor driver's license or increase the number of quasi-driving models, the applicant shall make an appointment for the examination of subject 2, subject 3 and subject 4 within 20 days after obtaining the tractor driving skill admission ticket. Take the exam once for each subject, and you can retake it once. If the make-up exam is still unqualified, the subject exam will be terminated. Applicants can re-apply, but the test dates of subjects 2, 3 and 4 should be reserved in 10 days. Within the validity period of the tractor driving skill certificate, the subjects that pass the examination are valid.
