(1) Send point-to-point short messages to Chinese mainland's China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom numbers, each with 0. 1 yuan; Send point-to-point short messages to operator numbers outside Chinese mainland in Chinese mainland, each 1 yuan; Roaming to countries and regions outside Chinese mainland to send peer-to-peer SMS will be charged according to the actual standards of the country or region.

(2) Monternet SMS: normal SMS communication fee is charged for sending and information service fee is charged for receiving. The specific information service fee is determined by SP.

(3) Receiving SMS is free.
