On the occasion of the upcoming Spring Festival, first of all, I would like to extend holiday greetings and New Year wishes to the citizens of the county! At present, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 is still high in foreign countries, with sporadic cases and aggregated epidemics in many places in China. Some provinces and cities have found the recessive transmission of mutant strains in Omicron, COVID-19, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated. Especially as the Spring Festival approaches, the flow of people and logistics increases, the risk of epidemic spread increases, and the prevention and control of epidemic situation cannot be relaxed for a moment. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19, and scientifically and accurately prevent and control the epidemic, the Xiangyin County Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued health tips to people from other provinces who came to Hunan around the Spring Festival in 2022:

First, take the initiative to report the itinerary. People who have lived in other provinces in the past 14 days, people who have lived in cities and closed areas where high school risk areas are located, people who have crossed the trajectory of infected people, and people whose health codes are red and yellow, please immediately report to their communities, work units or hotels, and do a good job in various epidemic prevention work such as nucleic acid detection and health monitoring as required; Those who conceal or lie about their personal itinerary and health status may be investigated for legal responsibility.

Second, take the initiative to detect nucleic acids.

From New Year's Day, 2022, people from provinces or land border counties who have reported local cases of nucleic acid positive infection need to enter Hunan within 48 hours with negative proof of nucleic acid test, and conduct nucleic acid test again within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan, and conduct self-health monitoring 14 days. Before March/0/5, 2022, people who came to Hunan without local nucleic acid positive infection should enter Hunan with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and conduct self-health monitoring/0/4 days. Those who enter Hunan due to emergency can land in Hunan nearby for nucleic acid sampling. During the period of waiting for the results of nucleic acid test, there is no epidemiological history of high and medium risk, no red or yellow code, no clinical symptoms of acute respiratory infection such as fever and cough, so personal protection can be taken.

Third, make reasonable arrangements for travel. It is suggested that you should not leave the country or go out of the province unless necessary, and advocate spending the Spring Festival on the spot. It is recommended not to go to high-risk areas, cities, medium-risk areas, county towns and land border port cities. Conditional passengers travel at the wrong peak as much as possible to avoid the peak hours before and after the Spring Festival holiday. Before March 15, if it is really necessary to leave the country or go out of the province, it is recommended to consult the local community and work unit for travel epidemic prevention measures in advance or inquire about the latest epidemic prevention policies in the State Council's medium and high-risk areas and localities on the client or small program, and make relevant preparations. Be vigilant during the journey, implement personal protective measures such as wearing masks, keeping social distance and paying attention to hand hygiene, and do not go to closed places or crowded places; Make an appointment before going to tourist attractions, avoid peak hours, obey the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in scenic spots, cooperate with health code inspection, and try to use online scanning code to pay; Try to choose direct trains, high-speed trains, planes and other modes of transportation, reduce transit, avoid passing through high-risk areas, and do not stop at railway stations and airports including high-risk areas or stay beyond transit time. Fourth, do personal protection. Scientific and standardized wearing of masks, frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, no gathering and keeping a "one-meter line" are still effective measures for epidemic prevention and control.
