First, Y8 (Tour 8) is more convenient, but there are fewer cars on this road. Get on the bus at Yan 'an Xincun Station (right here in Hangzhou Department Store), get off at Yin Gao Street and walk a short distance.

Secondly, you can also take bus K 15 1 at Wulin Square Station to Maideng Bridge, then take bus K8 to the east exit of Yin Gao Street, and then walk a little further. These two buses are more.
