What should I do if my qq account is abnormal?

QQ account is abnormal, indicating that your QQ password has probably been obtained by hackers through trojans.

If there is any abnormality, it is recommended that you modify the QQ password through a secure computer.

If your account is frozen, you can do this:

1. First, according to the pop-up dialog box, click "Go to Security Center".

2. If QQ Security Center is installed on your mobile phone, open your abnormal account and find out the specific reason why you can't log in. As shown in the figure: Your account has been frozen.

3. Reason for freezing: Your account is suspected of being stolen. In order to prevent others from stealing, the security mode has been turned on for you. In fact, the event that triggered this project was: sending bad information and deleting it after being intercepted by QQ Security Center.

But personally, I don't think QQ has sent any bad information. In order to solve this problem in the future, please modify the QQ password. Click "Resume normal use".

4. Enter the unprotect mode interface, and ask the editor to send the short message to the designated number for verification, at a cost of ten cents. Note that different telecom operators send different numbers.

5. After the SMS is sent successfully, return to the interface in step 4 just now. Click: "SMS sent, check the result".

6. At the same time, we can also log in to the mobile QQ Security Center, enter the QQ Security Center-unprotect mode-and click "I have sent". Check the results.

7. Prompt that the account can be used normally, and don't forget to reset the password. You can change your password directly in QQ Security Center without verification, because your mobile phone number is bound to your account.
