4. Recruitment procedures
1. Registration and qualification review
On the morning of August 16, the school will organize registration and conduct qualification review starting at 9:00. 2. Written test

Candidates must bring their ID documents and examination tools and enter the examination room fifteen minutes in advance.
3. Interview
Interview time: Starting at 14:30 pm on August 17th, until the end of all interviews; Interview location: Electronic classroom on the fourth floor of Longxi Primary School; Interview format: Refer to the recruitment interview format - simulated class, which lasts ten minutes (including identity introduction); interview sequence: determined by drawing lots - lots will be drawn 15 minutes before the exam. 4. Announce the results and determine the list of candidates to be hired
The written test will account for 40% and the interview will account for 60% of the total score. 5. Go through the employment procedures
