There are several possibilities:
1, you canceled Fetion service.
2. You turned off the short message receiving function and logged in to Fetion computer. There is a drop-down triangle between your avatar and your name. Click on it, there is a "receive SMS/MMS" inside, and there is a green tick in front of it, which means it is on. If not, it means that you accidentally turned it off.
It's a little strange that I can't get offline messages. I suggest you go to Fetion official website for the next new version of Fetion PC.
