Step 2: Enter the second discount application process. First, you must read and agree to the notes for entering the second discount of provident fund, and then click Next.

Step 3: Select "Authorization to inquire about commercial loan information" in the authorization option, select the commercial loan information to be discounted in the bank commercial loan list, read and agree with the Commercial Loan Signing Power of Attorney, and then click Next.

Step 4: Confirm and enter the payee's account number. Whether the principal lender or the same borrower retires within one year, click Calculate Discount to display the discounted amount. After confirming that the amount is correct, click the Apply button, and the business is accepted successfully after face recognition. After approval, the discounted funds will be paid to your confirmed payee account immediately.
