What if there is no prompt when Apple 5s WeChat is on standby?

When using WeChat at ordinary times, you may sometimes encounter the problem that there is no prompt tone. There may be a problem with the system settings. Here are some simple ways to deal with the situation that WeChat has no prompt tone.

Check the notification center of the system.

Apple's iOS system notifications are centrally managed and pushed by the system, and we can manage all message prompts through the notification center in the system. If there is no prompt tone on WeChat, you can try to check whether the WeChat prompt tone in the notification center is turned off. Open the "Settings" application on your phone, as shown in the figure.

Find the column of "Notification Center" in the setting list, and click to enter, as shown in the figure.

Next, in the application list at the bottom of the notification center, find the "WeChat" column and click Open, as shown.

Then check whether the sound switch is turned on in the details setting interface of WeChat notification. If it is already open, you can try to close it and open it again.

Finally, try again whether there is a prompt tone when WeChat receives the message.

Check whether mute is turned on.

There is a situation that is often overlooked, that is, the mute function of the mobile phone is accidentally turned on, resulting in no prompt tone, including WeChat. There are three physical buttons on the right side of the mobile phone, namely the mute button and the volume button from top to bottom. The ring in the figure refers to the mute key. Please check whether the mute function is turned on.

Restart the machine
