In order to scientifically and accurately carry out the epidemic prevention and control work for the resumption of work, production and school after the holiday, according to the spirit of relevant documents from superiors , the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Strengthen organizational leadership. All enterprises and institutions must establish a leading group for epidemic prevention and control on resumption of work, production and school headed by the main person in charge, clarify the division of responsibilities, formulate prevention and control work plans and emergency response plans, implement the "five-one grid" regulations, and consciously accept the territorial responsibility Government guidance on epidemic prevention and control.

Units that operate and process imported items must also set up a working group for the disposal of imported items, familiarize themselves with the epidemic prevention and control requirements for imported items, and ensure that responsibilities are clearly defined and implemented by dedicated personnel.

2. Implement classified management. All units must strictly implement personnel screening before resuming work, production and school, and conduct precise classification management of various types of personnel:

Persons coming from other areas outside the province and from cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located in the province must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. 3. Strengthen ventilation and disinfection. All units must strictly follow epidemic prevention and control guidelines and ventilate and disinfect working and living places. Units that operate and process imported items must strengthen ventilation in areas where items are stored, strictly follow operating procedures, and carry out disinfection and testing of imported items and regular testing of contact personnel.

4. Reduce the gathering of people. After work and production and school resume, gathering activities such as large gatherings and conferences must be strictly controlled. If it really needs to be held, an epidemic prevention and control plan must be formulated, the number of participants shall not exceed 1/3 of the venue's capacity, and participants must wear masks throughout the meeting. Within 14 days after the start of work, dining in the unit canteen will be implemented in a staggered or distributed manner, and the number of personnel will be controlled within 50% of the capacity.

5. Guard the "small door" of the unit. All units must strictly observe the "small door", and employees must "take their temperature, show their code, and wear a mask" before entering the unit every day. Unrelated personnel are prohibited from entering the unit during work. If they really need to enter, they must report to the person in charge of the unit for permission, complete real-name registration, and have their temperature taken, code displayed, and itinerary card checked to find no abnormalities before they can enter.
