3. Customers who have entered the retention period due to the expiration of the validity period can still use the call reminder service in the current month if their account balance is sufficient, but they cannot continue to use it from the next month, and they cannot apply for opening the call reminder service during the retention period;

4. Customers who have entered the retention period due to exhausted account balance cannot apply for opening and using the call reminder service;

5. Customers who apply for voice package cannot apply for and use the call reminder service during the retention period if the package fee is not deducted due to insufficient balance;

6. Customers under warranty or frozen period cannot use the call reminder service.
