6. Tickets changed within 2 hours after driving are non-refundable.

7. If a refund notice is received on the mobile phone due to the overall suspension of the train or epidemic factors, passengers can go through the refund formalities within 5 days before driving, without any handling fee.

Tickets purchased online or at the train station can be refunded directly online or at the train station. After the refund procedure is completed, the refund will generally arrive within 15 working days. Article 11 Railway transport enterprises shall sell tickets fairly and retain manual ticketing services. Encourage railway transport enterprises to provide passengers with ticketing channels such as the Internet and ticket vending machines, and facilitate passengers to purchase tickets, collect tickets, refund tickets and change tickets.

Encourage railway transport enterprises to offer time tickets, counting tickets, connecting tickets, boarding cards and other services to provide diversified services for passengers.

Article 30 If a passenger cannot take the bus according to the time, train number, car number, seat category and seat number recorded in the ticket due to his own reasons, or is refused transportation in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, and the passenger requests to refund or change the ticket, it shall be handled in accordance with the agreement between the railway transportation enterprise and the passenger.

Article 31. When passengers can't take the bus according to the time, train number, train number, seat and seating recorded in the ticket due to the reasons of the railway transport enterprise or other abnormal transport conditions such as natural disasters, the railway transport enterprise shall refund the ticket according to the passenger's requirements or transport the passenger by other trains or seats. Under the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, railway transport enterprises shall not charge refund fees.
