What should I do if my ID card is occupied by someone else?

The ID number is occupied, please contact customer service directly.

Check the ID number and see if there is a registered Didi account.

If the registration is unsuccessful, please provide the original photo of your ID card and the staff will delete it.

If the registration is successful, please go to the local car owner's home and bring your ID card to complain. Local car-free homes directly contact customer service to provide relevant information, and customer service records are directly handled by relevant departments.

Note: It is recommended to keep personal information well, and do not lend it to others to avoid personal information disclosure.

After opening Didi Driver on your mobile phone, skip the welcome interface and click the "Register Now" button.

Next, you need our mobile phone number and click the "Verify" button.

You will receive a verification message later and enter a four-digit code in the verification code field.

Then enter the password we will use to log in to Didi Driver software in the future.

Click Next to register the information.

Then please enter your real name, company, license plate number and driving license number, and then click the "Next" button to enter the authentication stage.

Then enter the review stage. If approved, you can log in with your previously registered mobile phone number and password.
