What's the matter with the stolen QQ mobile phone number and the text messages disappearing?

A virus program may be implanted in the phone, intercepting your text messages or sending them to the email address of the hacker!

Step 1: Disclaimer of lost account: The account thief may defraud relatives and friends to prevent their friends from being deceived. Please issue a "number loss statement" to your relatives and friends as soon as possible.

Step 2: Check the computer environment for potential risks of QQ being stolen again: check operating system vulnerabilities, install the latest anti-virus software, and check for account-stealing Trojans and viruses;

Step 3 : Retrieve password (retrieve password directly): In the QQ login window, click Retrieve password, follow the above prompts, fill in the verification code and other step-by-step operations. Note: If you fail to retrieve your password directly, you can also appeal to retrieve your password.

Step 4: After successful password retrieval and verification, set a strong password. Note: Before setting a new password, be sure to ensure that the computer environment is secure (refer to step 2), otherwise QQ may still be stolen again, and may lead to more privacy leaks.

Step 5: Check whether QQ friends have been deleted. If the friends or groups have been deleted, please log in to the friend recovery system to restore the friends.
