Do I have to go to the bank counter to update my ID card after it has expired?

Hello, you can update the validity period of your ID card through the bank:

(1) If you have registered for Silver Charge, click My → My Picture → Customer Information in the lower right corner, select the "Camera" icon, and follow the instructions on the page.

(2) If the bank is not registered, the validity period will be automatically updated after the registration with the reserved mobile phone number is completed.

(3) If the bank account cannot be renewed, please bring your valid ID card to any counter of our bank. If the agent needs to bring two ID cards.

Tip:

1. Zhang Yin's face authentication must be performed at 7:30- 19:30.

2. Please strengthen the protection of personal information and guard against telecom fraud. Please don't click on the unofficial address link.

If you can't update yourself in China Bank, you can bring your valid ID card to any branch of our Bank to update. If it is not convenient to go to the branch office temporarily, please call the 95599 service hotline to apply for a white list, and we will apply for an extension of 90 days for you.
