It should be said that in terms of Chinese, the overall performance of students is still good. The students who have made the greatest progress this semester are Wang, Huang Gengyu, Wu Zeyue, Xu, Zheng Hanjiao and He. Although their starting points are different and their final achievements are different, their positive attitude and actions are the same. With such active efforts and unremitting persistence, I believe anyone can be the first and outstanding. Of course, these students are not the only ones who have made progress. 80% of the students in the class are making progress more or less. I wonder if parents think that their children have improved after one semester? I remember when Wang and his parents chatted with me, they talked about the obvious progress of their children. That kind of joy can really infect everyone, and nothing can replace it. Yes, when children's learning changes from passive to active, their development will advance by leaps and bounds, and more than half of our mission has been completed. We don't have to endure the pain of supervising children's homework and competing with them. Looking back on this exam, only 12 students in the class did not get excellent results, including 7 good students and 5 passing students. Of course, not all students with excellent grades can be complacent, because some students have not reached the class average even if they have excellent grades. Among all the students, the most troublesome ones for teachers are basically those who get good grades and pass the exam. The reasons for their poor grades are nothing more than the following: 1 lack of learning autonomy, although homework may be completed on time, but the learning efficiency is too low and the quality is too poor; 2 lack of good study habits, the classroom will not listen, mainly for not listening, not understanding, not thinking, the classroom is useless to him, almost ineffective; In the family, parents may have no requirements for their children's study, and even some parents have had a sense of frustration with their children, and there is no good family learning atmosphere to edify their children. Over time, there are great differences between students. If this difference is not made up in time, the growth of age and the deepening of knowledge will form a huge contrast with the low energy of learning. In that case, children will really despair of learning, because they can't understand what the teacher says anymore! You can't give up if you want to! ! Therefore, in order to educate a child well, teachers and parents must cooperate closely! Starting from helping them overcome their learning difficulties, we should try our best to help them establish a correct learning attitude. This semester, I also deeply felt how important the attitude of learning is. For example, some students take a lot of sick leave, but with the initiative of learning and the teacher's review materials as guidance, they can get good grades, such as Wang He. Although some students come to school every day and hardly ask for leave, they can't learn anything, because they can only study mechanically, practice writing, and finish their homework passively under the constraint of teachers. Their listening, thinking, understanding and expressing abilities are getting lower and lower with the improvement of other students.
Reflecting on the focus of our senior three study is reading comprehension and exercises, which are not cultivated by rote memorization or in a short time. It requires students to constantly expand reading, observe life, think and experience consciously and actively, extrapolate the knowledge in class and improve it through repeated practice and exploration. In short, what is most needed to improve this ability is that children have a positive learning attitude and the ability to learn to learn. So how can children form such a positive attitude? In addition to the encouragement and guidance of school teachers, I think the role of parents and the influence of family environment are very important. I even think that family factors account for at least 60% of this difference between children. Some parents may say, I also care about my child's study and pay attention to his grades. I often ask him if he has finished his homework, but do you know the child's learning status? Do you know what knowledge loopholes children have? Do you know what difficulties children have encountered in their studies? Have you invested time and energy in helping children?
