It is planned to recruit 66 auxiliary post staff 10, namely, 65 from the District Transportation Bureau, 65 from the District Cultural and Sports Tourism Bureau, 8 from the Luquan Branch of Shijiazhuang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, 22 from the District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, 20 from the District Judicial Bureau 10, 20 from the District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade and 2 from the District Forest and Grassland Fire Brigade.

Third, the recruitment target, conditions and scope

(1) A recruiter shall meet the following basic conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct and professional ethics, abide by the work system of the unit, and be able to obey the unified deployment of the unit.

2. 18 years old and under 35 years old (1born between February 6, 987 and February 5, 2005) and the post conditions have specific requirements for age, it shall be implemented according to its requirements.

(3) Persons not within the scope of recruitment:

Those who fail to pay the fee on time shall be deemed to have given up the application automatically.

7. After the payment is successful, please download and print the registration form during the registration period and submit it during the qualification review.

According to the specific recruitment situation, if there is a shortage of personnel in the recruitment position, the remaining recruitment plan of the position can be adjusted between similar positions in the unit.

(2) Physical fitness test

Candidates who apply for the position of frontline fireman will have a physical fitness test.

1. Print the physical fitness test notice.

During the physical fitness test, candidates must hold a valid second-generation Resident Identity Card and a printed Physical Fitness Test Notice before entering the examination room.

2. Measure your height.

Before the exam begins, measure the height, and the candidates who meet the post requirements will be tested for physical fitness; Candidates whose height does not meet the requirements will be disqualified.

3. Physical fitness test items and standards.

The physical fitness test standard is implemented according to the Physical Fitness Test for Firefighters Recruitment of National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team.

There are 4 test items, including 2-minute push-ups, 100m running (seconds), standing long jump and 100m running.

4. Candidates who pass the physical fitness test enter the written test.

Candidates log on to the registration website the next day to check the physical fitness test results and whether they will enter the written test.

(3) written examination

According to the number of job applicants, determine whether to conduct a written test. When the number of job applicants is small, the post will not be written, and will be interviewed directly after passing the qualification examination.

1. Print the written test admission ticket.

3. Written test scores: written test scores 100.

Candidates are ranked according to the written test scores from high to low. If there are 3 or more job recruitment plans, the qualification examiners shall be determined according to the ratio not higher than 1:2; If the job recruitment plan is for two or less people, those who enter the qualification review shall be determined according to the ratio of not more than 1:3; Those who are tied for the last place in proportion will enter the qualification review together.

4. The written test results are announced.

(4) Qualification examination

The qualification examination adopts the on-site audit method.

Time for qualification review: February 22nd-23rd (8: 30am-12: 00pm13: 30pm-17: 00pm).

The qualification review shall be conducted in groups, and the specific review time and place of each post shall be subject to the online publication.

The personnel entering the qualification review shall bring relevant certificates to the designated place to participate in the qualification review on time, and the materials shall be provided during the qualification review:

1. application form;

2. Original and photocopy of ID card;

3. Original and photocopy of the household registration book (copy of the first page of the household registration book and my page);

4. 2. Interview form and content:

(2) Job interviews in the media center are divided into initial and second interviews.

The interview time does not exceed 5 minutes.

The second interview mainly tests the practical operation ability of candidates.

The re-examination content of broadcasting host post: news broadcast, topic comment, live host, talent show, studio mirror image, etc. Re-examination content of news editing post: on-site topic selection planning, interview, shooting, editing, production, etc.

The full marks of the initial test and the second test are 100, and the interview score of the candidate = the initial test score x40%+ the second test score x60%, and the interview score below 60 points is unqualified.

3. The interview results are announced.

After the interview, the interview results will be announced at the test center.

1. Comprehensive score calculation

After the written test and interview, the comprehensive scores of candidates will be determined after the written test and interview results are weighted in proportion.

Achievement calculation method:

(1) written test position, comprehensive score = written test score ×40%+ interview score × 60%; (2) For positions that have not been written, the comprehensive score = interview score.

2. Determine who enters the physical examination.

Candidates who apply for the same position shall be sorted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores, and the list of medical examiners shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of medical examiners to the number of positions to be recruited 1: 1. If the comprehensive scores of the last candidate in the proportion are tied, the medical examiners will be determined in the following order: those with clear priority conditions in the position, those with higher written test scores and higher academic qualifications.

3. announcement of comprehensive results: within 2 days after the interview, candidates can log on to the registration website to check their comprehensive results and whether they have entered the medical examination.

(7) Physical examination and political examination

1. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.

2. Investigate the political ideology, moral quality, working ability, realistic performance and criminal record of qualified personnel.

Where the physical examination and political examination are unqualified or voluntarily give up, the number of vacancies will be filled in turn according to the comprehensive post performance ranking.

(8) Publicity

The list of qualified personnel for medical examination and political examination shall be publicized on the registration website for 3 days.

(9) Pre-job training

If there is no objection after publicity, the employer shall organize pre-job training.

(10) Employment

After publicity, the person who has no objection signs a contract with a third party organization according to relevant regulations, and the probation period is 1 month, and the probation period is included in the contract period.
