This agreement is a valid contract between Ganzhou Bank (hereinafter referred to as "our bank") and our cardholder (hereinafter referred to as "you") for using Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Alipay") express payment service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") and other related matters. If you choose to accept this agreement by clicking "OK" or other means, it means that you agree to accept all the agreed contents of this agreement and confirm that you will bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.

Before accepting this agreement, please read all the contents of this agreement carefully (especially those underlined in bold). If you disagree with any content of this agreement, or you can't accurately understand the interpretation of the relevant terms, please don't proceed with the subsequent operation.

You should ensure that the bank card to which you are bound when using this service is your own, and that your behavior of binding your Alipay account with this bank card and using this bank card for payment is legal and effective, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party; Otherwise, if losses are caused to our bank, cardholders or Alipay, you shall be responsible for compensation and bear all legal responsibilities.

If you choose to bind your bank card with Alipay Express Payment function, please carefully enter your bank card account number, account name, account opening certificate number and mobile phone number reserved in our bank on Alipay page, and authorize Alipay to submit the above information to our bank for verification. You acknowledge and agree that entering the above information will be regarded as your confirmation to bind Alipay account with bank card account. After verifying that the above information is correct, we will be deemed to have obtained your valid authorization, and we can directly deduct the corresponding amount from the bank card according to Alipay's instructions until we receive the notice to terminate the binding. At that time, you may not ask our bank for a refund or assume other responsibilities for reasons such as not signing the transaction documents, inconsistent signatures, trading against your will, not verifying the payment password of the bank card, and not verifying the payment shield of the bank card. At the same time, the bank and Alipay reserve the right to change the above confirmation factors as the verification standard at any time.
