3. Persons entering and returning to Yunnan who have a history of living in Lanzhou, Qingyang, and Wuwei of Gansu Province are asked to actively cooperate in conducting centralized quarantine medical observation for 3 days, and then conduct 4 days of home health monitoring.

4. For those entering and returning to Yunnan who have a history of living in Lhasa, Tibet, please take the initiative to cooperate in home health monitoring for 3 days, and carry out 2 nucleic acid tests during this period.

5. For those who have a history of living in Sichuan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Guangxi, and Shanxi, please take the initiative to cooperate with the "arrival inspection" and undergo a nucleic acid test one day apart.
