Can the company transfer record prove my labor relationship with the company?

Transfer records can be used as evidence. But:

(1) Based on the transfer records, the evidence is not very strong. The record can only be used as auxiliary evidence, not as substantive rigid evidence.

(two) the court's judgment on the authenticity of the evidence or whether to determine the evidence also depends on the actual situation of the record.

(3) If the amount involved is relatively large, it is recommended to entrust a lawyer to negotiate or file a lawsuit, otherwise it is sometimes not easy to defend rights only by a transfer record.

Among them, documentary evidence refers to the evidence that proves the truth of the case with words, symbols, graphics and other recorded contents or expressed ideas. This kind of article is called documentary evidence, not only because it appears in written form, but more importantly, what it records or expresses can prove the facts of the case. So the transfer record can be used as documentary evidence.

Evidence must be verified before it can be used as a basis for ascertaining facts.
