How many days does it usually take to receive information illegally?

Under normal circumstances, you can receive SMS about 10 working days after violating the rules.

According to the provisions of the Traffic Law, after a motor vehicle violates the rules, it can generally be inquired online or notified by SMS within 3 to 7 days, and no later than 13 working days. If it is found and signed by the traffic police at the scene, the owner needs to go to the local traffic police team within 15 days after the violation. If it is not processed for more than 15 days, a late fee of 3% will be paid every day.

Within 10 days from the date when the traffic technical monitoring equipment collects the records of illegal acts, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ where the illegal acts occurred shall review the records and enter them into the road traffic violation information management system as evidence of illegal acts.

Vehicle violation inquiry method

Inquire about violations of traffic management by motor vehicles. There are five ways to inquire about car violation: traffic brigade terminal inquiry, car violation website inquiry, telephone inquiry, mobile phone short message inquiry and mobile phone software inquiry.

The National Traffic Management Bureau provides you with the function of inquiring about illegal vehicles and drivers. In this system, users can query illegal vehicles through vehicle license plate number, driver's file number, driver's license number and other information. After entering the query, the system will list all the unprocessed illegal records of the vehicle or driver queried by the user in the form of a list.
