What's the difference between Fetion and He Fetion?

Hefeixin is a basic communication service provided by China Mobile based on 4G network under the collaborative environment of 2G, 3G, WLAN and 4G networks. It is an upgrade of basic communication services such as voice, message and address book under 4G, and a new product that strives to meet customers' basic communication upgrade and social needs.

Fetion includes three functions: new calls, new messages and new contacts.

"New Call" takes VoWiFi as the core and CS as the supplement, which improves the call quality and experience. The new call not only supports the "old call" function of mobile phone (that is, 2/3G traditional call), but also provides call enhancement functions such as one-to-one audio-video call and multi-party call, and supports sending and receiving new messages during the call.

"New Message" is based on unified communication and integrates various media and message formats to realize seamless communication with traditional SMS and MMS. New messages provide one-to-one messages, group messages and group chats. Message content supports text, pictures, voice clips, video clips, expressions, location information, contacts (vCard format), files and other formats. It also supports online and offline messages, message to SMS, message status report, message history management and network storage.

"New Contact" has built a brand-new social and public information service portal based on the real mobile phone number. The new contact provides personal data management and release, China Mobile online business hall, address book backup and recovery functions, etc.
