SMS can't be received after the blacklist of Apple 5 is set. Where can I find it?

After being blacklisted, you cannot receive text messages and phone calls. Open Settings-Phone (or Information)-Blacklist, find the phone number to be restored, press and hold it to the left, and then press "Unlock".

If you want to add it directly to the address book, you can also click the number you want to restore, and then click Create Contact or Add to Existing Contact to add it directly to the address book.
