1. Recruitment plan

2. Recruitment targets

3. Recruitment conditions

IV. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

2. (2) Preliminary review of qualifications

During the registration period, the Huairou District Education Committee will conduct an online preliminary review of the candidates’ basic information. Candidates must pay attention to the review status in a timely manner and pay attention to text message feedback. (3) Psychological test and interview

The time, location, content, and form of the psychological test and interview shall be subject to subsequent announcements. The psychological test mainly examines the psychological quality of the candidates, and the results will not be disclosed to the public. The interview scores are based on a 100-point system, and the passing score is 70 points. Those whose scores are lower than the passing score cannot advance to the next stage.

(4) Qualification review

The Huairou District Education Committee will determine the candidates who will enter the qualification review process based on the interview scores of the candidates and the number of people required for each position from high scores to low scores on a 1:1 basis.

If the candidates’ interview scores are the same, the ranking will be determined by the interview examiner’s score; if the examiner’s scores are still the same, the ranking will be determined through an additional test.

The qualification review will be conducted online or offline according to the actual situation. The list of people entering the qualification review and the specific requirements will be released together with the interview results announcement.

(5) Physical examination, inspection and publicity

The Huairou District Education Committee is responsible for organizing physical examinations for those who have passed the qualification review. The physical examination standards are based on the civil servant recruitment physical examination standards, and the expenses are borne by the individual.

It is determined that the physical examination personnel should go to the designated medical institution to participate in the physical examination on the designated date.

If you have any questions about the physical examination results, you can apply for a reexamination and go to a designated medical institution for a reexamination.

The list of persons participating in the physical examination and related requirements will be announced on the website of the People's Government of Huairou District, Beijing within 5 working days after the qualification review is completed.

The Huairou District Education Committee is responsible for inspecting those who have passed the physical examination.

After passing the inspection, the list of personnel to be hired will be announced for 7 working days.

If there is no objection to the announcement result, the entry procedures will be completed according to the procedures.

Anyone who fails to take the physical examination as required without legitimate reasons, fails to meet the requirements in the physical examination, or fails the inspection will not be employed.

The employer will decide whether to fill the vacant positions from those who have passed the interview based on the actual situation, and will separately notify the replacement candidates to participate in physical examinations and inspections.

Those who give up after public announcement will not be replaced.

5. Notes

(1) The qualification review runs through the entire recruitment work. If it is found that candidates provide false materials, forge or fabricate relevant documents and information at any recruitment link, Candidates' registration qualifications will be cancelled, and the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) The identification standard for graduates who have left school and are not employed within two years of graduation is that they have not signed a contract with any unit and have no insurance payment record by the unit.

(3) Before going through the entry procedures, if you cannot graduate on time and obtain a graduation certificate, degree certificate, and teacher qualification certificate, your employment qualifications will be cancelled.

(4) After taking up the job, sign an employment contract with a public institution and implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. The first signed employment contract period is 6-10 years.

Those who pass the probationary period will be formally employed; those who fail to pass will be cancelled.

(5) From the beginning of registration to the end of recruitment, candidates should ensure that the phone number left during registration is open. If the candidate cannot be notified due to poor phone contact, the candidate shall be responsible for the consequences.
