Method for inquire real estate license number information

There are two kinds of inquiry information about real estate license, online inquiry and real estate bureau inquiry. Among them, online inquiry is currently only available in some cities. Therefore, the following small series mainly introduces the method of inquiring information by the real estate bureau:

The property information inquired by the Housing Authority is relatively more detailed, including the owner's name, title certificate number, registration approval date, source of rights and so on.

Check with the Housing Authority.

If you go to the Housing Authority to inquire, you need to bring your personal ID card and real estate license, and go to the archives or window of the local Housing Authority to inquire about the real estate license number.

Matters needing attention in inquiry

According to the law, only the parties themselves or entrust others (handling notarization power of attorney) can inquire about the real estate license in their own names, and no one else can inquire except as provided by law. You can bring your own identification. Entrusted inquiry, you need to bring a notarized power of attorney to the real estate archives section of the housing management department for inquiry. Because the old and new house ownership certificates are exchanged, some old house ownership certificates need to check the original registration files.
