The reasons why international roaming cannot receive short messages are analyzed as follows:

First of all, please confirm whether the international (roaming) SMS service has been opened on the mobile phone number. In the case of outbound roaming, if there is no international (roaming) SMS service, the SMS verification code cannot be accepted;

Secondly, please check whether SMS interception software or antivirus software is installed on your mobile phone. If the SMS interception function is turned on, it is recommended to replace the SIM card with another mobile phone to receive it.
