Enterprises applying for sp licenses need to meet the following conditions:

4. Social security certificates of 3-4 employees of the company

Materials to be prepared for applying for sp license:

4. Social security certificates of three people in the last month.

5. ID cards of company personnel, as well as their mobile phones and email addresses.

6. Company landline, corporate mobile phone and email address

7. Some ground network certificates need to provide operator cooperation agreements.

1, holding the whole network SP license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;

2. The SMS service of 1069 needs to be carried out, and the code number of 1069 needs to be filed with the Provincial Communications Administration;
