You can check whether the message sending report of the mobile phone is turned on and set this function to off.

If it is caused by sending a certain amount of short messages in groups, it is generally because the short message function in the operator's office is limited. You can call the corresponding customer service to explain the situation and then cancel it, and then you can resume. (But only if the mass message is not spam)

You can ask people around you whether the short message is normal or not, and eliminate the influence caused by regional network failure.
