Cause analysis of compliance with rules and regulations

There are several reasons for the existence of lax discipline:

First, some people have low quality and weak consciousness, and they are indifferent to every meeting and go through the motions.

Second, the supervision requirements for participating disciplines are not strict. Only the meeting discipline was formulated, but the supervision was not in place.

Third, it seems that very few meetings are inseparable from formalism.
