Notice No.66 of Suqian COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control is as follows:

1. Implement "7-day centralized isolation +7-day home isolation" for entry personnel, and those who do not meet the conditions of home isolation are centralized isolation. For overseas "fast track" personnel who come to stay and return to work and production, closed-loop management health monitoring shall be implemented as required.

2. People who have lived in high-risk areas in the past 14 days should take the initiative to report to their communities and actively cooperate with "7-day centralized isolation +7-day home health monitoring".

3. Free movement of residents in low-risk areas.

4. In areas with epidemic situation, if there is no epidemic situation in colleges and universities, the school will implement closed management for more than 7 days, hold the negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours and the relevant certificate issued by the university where it is located, do not conduct centralized isolation, and implement health monitoring for 7 days after arriving home.

5. All key groups should take the initiative to do a good job in nucleic acid detection according to the requirements of inspection.

6. Vaccination is an effective means to block the spread of COVID-19 and prevent and control the epidemic. The general public, especially the elderly over 60 years old, should complete the whole vaccination as soon as possible to build an immune barrier for the crowd.

7. The public should continue to do personal protection. If you have discomfort symptoms such as sore throat, dry cough, fever, decreased sense of smell and taste, you should go to the fever clinic immediately. The general public and accommodation personnel should consciously abide by epidemic prevention laws and regulations and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention requirements. Those who fail to comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations, resulting in serious consequences or serious circumstances, will be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.
