Alipay can receive information but cannot send it. What is the reason?

It may be a network or version problem. Please refer to the following methods to uninstall it again and send it. Take the operation of Android phone as an example:

The first step is to open the mobile phone Alipay. As shown in the figure.

Step 2: Click Friends in the lower right corner after entering. As shown in the figure.

Step 3, enter the address book and select friends to chat. As shown in the figure.

Step 4: After entering the interface, click Send Message. As shown in the figure.

Step 5, then enter a message in the dialog box and click Send. As shown in the figure.
