How does China Merchants Bank start paying SMS reminder fees?

Currently, there are three notification services of the All-in-One Card, and the rates are as follows:

Email notification: free;

Mobile banking APP account notification: free;

Mobile SMS notification: SMS notification is 3 yuan/month/card, free for the first 3 months (including the month of activation). For Golden Sunflower and above level customers (reduced by customer number), pension accounts, subsistence allowance accounts, medical insurance accounts, and unemployment insurance accounts, mobile phone text message notifications are free.

The previous month's fee will be charged in the next month, usually starting from the early morning of the second Sunday of each month and continuing for 10 days. In order to avoid disturbing customers' rest during the early morning deduction, this type of text message reminder will be in the afternoon of the day of deduction ( Usually sent around 15:30). If the deduction is unsuccessful, the fees that were not successfully deducted in the previous 13 periods will be cumulatively deducted, and the arrears data will be checked every night for supplementary deductions.
