What does the Great Wall Asset Collection mean?

The bank transferred the creditor's rights to Great Wall Assets.

According to the Regulations of the State Council on Financial Asset Management Companies, Jinan Office of China Great Wall Asset Management Company (note: at the end of 20 16, the name of the company was changed from Jinan Office of China Great Wall Asset Management Company to Shandong Branch of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd.) has been transferred to the following borrowers (see the table below for details), and all the rights under this contract, agreement and guarantee contract are in accordance with laws, regulations, relevant provisions of the State Council and the Supreme People's Court.
