Please see the attachment for how PS processes pictures into dialog boxes to mark shapes.

1. Open a picture, use the ellipse tool, select the tool properties and add them to the path area, and draw the path, as shown in the following figure:

2. Use the pen tool, select Add to Path area in the tool properties, and add an arrow path, as shown in the figure below;

3. Right-click the path-create a selection area, as shown in the following figure:

4. Copy and paste.

5. Drag this chart to another document.
