How to change the mobile phone number of medical insurance

The binding number of the medical insurance card has been changed. The change method is as follows:

1. Open Alipay and click the card package;

2. Enter the card package interface and click Certificate;

3. Slide down the interface to find the medical insurance electronic certificate;

4. Click to enter the medical insurance electronic certificate interface;

5. In the medical insurance electronic certificate interface, click the insured place;

6. Choose the insured city;

7. You need to click the button below;

8. Click the mobile phone number to delete the reserved mobile phone number;

9. Finally, re-enter the mobile phone number and click the activate button.

The activation methods of medical insurance card are:

1. Activate directly at the pharmacy: after receiving a new medical insurance card, you can bring your ID card and medical insurance card to a nearby designated medical insurance hospital or pharmacy to activate the new card;

2. Activation in the bank: In some areas, medical insurance cards need to be activated in the bank before they can be used. Just bring your medical insurance card and ID card to the designated bank for activation.

How to use the medical insurance card:

1. Scope of use of medical insurance card: When insured employees buy medicines in designated hospitals and pharmacies, they can swipe their cards on POS machines with their passwords, but they cannot withdraw cash or transfer money;

2. Inquire about the balance of medical insurance card: Insured employees can inquire about the balance by telephone, or at the Bank Savings Office of China or the designated hospitals and pharmacies in the urban area. You can also log in to the social security inquiry system online;

3. Inquiry of medical insurance card transaction: Insured employees can print medical insurance card transaction records, including personal account payment records and consumption records, at China Bank Savings Office with their ID cards and medical insurance requirements. If you have any questions about the transaction records, you can go to the retail business department of Bank of China for enquiry.

4. Medical insurance card password: The insured employees can change their passwords by phone or bring their ID cards to the Bank of China Savings Office. If the insured employee forgets the password, he can report the loss of the original password and change the password with his ID card at China Bank Savings Office;

5. Custody of medical insurance card: Insured employees should keep the medical insurance card properly. If they accidentally lose it, please immediately issue a letter of proof to the unit and stamp it in the medical insurance office for confirmation. Then, they will take their ID cards to China Bank Savings Office to report the loss and go through the formalities. After 7 days, they can get a new card.
