Beijing work and residence permit renewal and change issues

To renew the Beijing work and residence permit when it expires, you need to bring the "Beijing Work and Residence Permit Renewal Application Form", the original work and residence permit, the labor contract and the relevant information of the unit within 1 month before the validity period. Apply to the local work and residence permit processing agency for renewal.

1. When the Beijing work and residence permit expires, you should apply for renewal in time

If the "Work and Residence Permit" is lost or the employing unit, residential address, etc. need to be changed, you should promptly apply to the district or county personnel bureau to handle the loss report, reissue or change procedures, and report to the municipal personnel bureau for record.

2. When the Beijing work and residence permit expires, it must be processed in time within 1 month of the validity period

Materials that should be provided when applying for renewal:

(1) System-printed "Beijing Work and Residence Permit Renewal Application Form" in duplicate, and fill in the comments at the "Application Unit" , signed by the person in charge and stamped with the official seal of the unit. Application report of the employing unit (state the basic information of the unit and individual's performance, ability, contribution, etc.);

(2) Valid enterprise legal person business license or public institution legal person certificate, private non-enterprise unit registration certificate (legal person ), social organization legal person registration certificate, original and photocopy of business license of unincorporated branches established in Beijing in foreign countries (regions) and other places;

(3) Valid labor contract signed with the employing unit during the period of holding the certificate Original and copy;

(4) The original copy of the "Tax Payment Certificate" for personal income tax that was continuously withheld and paid by the employing unit in Beijing during the period of holding the certificate (the withholding and payment employing unit shall stamp the financial seal, note (5) Original "Beijing Work and Residence Permit".
